Questions
- What happens if I go over the monthly limit?
- Extraction (turning a captured conversation into facts) pauses until the next calendar month, or until you upgrade. Everything you've already captured stays fully readable and searchable — the limit only affects new extraction.
- Can I cancel during the trial?
- Yes. Cancel from Account settings any time before the 7 days are up and you won't be charged.
- What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan and its monthly limit.
